CBP believe in defining the brief with the Client by clear communication and good use of workshops. By understanding the relationship between spatial requirements and the building envelope, the design is developed. The spaces designed must be ergonomically fit for purpose and suitably flexible to ensure the building can continue to evolve in line with the ongoing needs of the end user.
Any proposed new build location must undergo investigation to establish how the siting of the building can be maximised whilst considering the impact of the environment and aspects. The objective is to provide a project that is an exciting addition to the built environment.
By working in close partnership with the Client, end user and Project Team during the early stages, the initial concept can encompass all aspects of this expertise and ensure that the work is planned efficiently and effectively. Latest technological software is used to support this design process.
